Part 77 restricts the height of structures near a public-use airport. The Building Site Evaluator checks a proposed structure against these imaginary surfaces — the lowest one over your footprint controls. The surface colors below match the 3-D surfaces shown on the map. Your drawn building is colored by verdict: green = fits an available parcel and clears the airspace, yellow = location caution (outside WAA parcels or crossing a boundary — you can still evaluate it), red = the height penetrates an FAA surface at this location.
